CITY OF FULLERTON
AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES (CCS) THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE ("Amendment") to the Maintenance Services Agreement is made and entered on this _____ day of January 2025 (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF FULLERTON ("City"), and COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES (CCS), (“Contractor”).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into the Agreement on January 1, 2016, to perform custodial maintenance services at various City facilities.
WHEREAS, the City has and/or intends to issue an informal Request for Proposals for a new agreement which requires coordination and preparation, time to solicit proposals, review and award a new contract; therefore, the City desires to extend the term of this Agreement to provide the City the time required.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor desire to provide the City with an extended custodial maintenance services of up to three (3) months.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:
The term of the Agreement is extended to March 31, 2025.
Contractor shall continue to be compensated at the rates in place of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
All terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning and use as set forth in the Agreement, as amended.
Except as set forth in this Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Agreement and all amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original. All counterparts together with the Agreement and Amendment One shall constitute one agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEROF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to be executed by and through their respective authorized officers.
