RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TRANSPORTATION AND CIRCULATION COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution 2021-016 on March 16, 2021 which set the Transportation and Circulation Commission membership at five directly appointed members and two at-large members.
WHEREAS, City Council unanimously voted on January 7, 2025 to direct staff to prepare document to change the Transportation and Circulation Commission membership to five directly appointed members.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Transportation and Circulation Commission membership shall consist of five directly appointed members, each appointed by an individual Council Member, effective upon passing this resolution.
