RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE INVESTMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP WHEREAS, City Council updated the City Investment Policy on February 7, 2023 to, among other things, set the Investment Advisory Committee membership at five at-large members and one City Council Member with the Director of Administrative Services / City Treasurer and City Manager serving in an advisory capacity.
WHEREAS, City Council unanimously voted on January 7, 2025 to direct staff to prepare document to change the Investment Advisory Committee public members to five directly appointed members.
WHEREAS, City Council desires to now set the Investment Advisory Committee membership and meeting schedule by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Investment Advisory Committee membership shall consist of five directly appointed members, each appointed by an individual Council Member and one City Council Member appointed by City Council.
The Investment Advisory Committee shall meet quarterly on the third Thursday of January, April, July and October at 5:30 p.m. in the Fullerton City Council Chambers.
