RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP WHEREAS, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 3297 on April 6, 2021 which set the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee membership at five directly appointed members and four at-large members.
WHEREAS, City Council unanimously voted on January 7, 2025 to direct staff to prepare document to change the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee membership to five directly appointed members and two at-large members.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee membership shall consist of five directly appointed members, each appointed by an individual Council Member, and two at-large members.
This Resolution becomes effective at the same time Ordinance No. 3336 goes into effect.
