RE: Letter of Designation – SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program Pursuant to Resolution Number (2025-XXX), I am the designated Signature Authority for City of Fullerton. I am authorized by the Resolution to execute on behalf of City of Fullerton all program-related documents necessary to secure funds and implement the approved projects. The Resolution also authorizes me to delegate this authority. Accordingly, I hereby delegate this authority to the Public Works Director.
This delegation is valid for as long as the Resolution is in effect.
