RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF CALRECYCLE INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AND RELATED AUTHORIZATIONS FOR ALL PAYMENT PROGRAMS WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code authorizes the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to administer various Payment Programs.
WHEREAS, CalRecycle must establish procedures governing Payment Programs administration, in furtherance of this authority.
WHEREAS, CalRecycle’s procedures for administering Payment Programs require, among other things, the applicant governing body to declare certain authorizations related to the Payment Program administration by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council authorizes the City of Fullerton to apply to CalRecycle for all Payment Programs offered.
City Council authorizes the City Manager, or designee, as Signature Authority to execute all documents necessary to secure and reconcile payment.
This authorization becomes effective until rescinded by this governing body.
