Server Room Power
Fullerton Electric to provide materials and installation to perform the following scope of work:
- Install (1) 90 Amp breaker in main electrical service. - Run (1) 90 Amp 3 Phase 3 Wire feeder circuit to primary of 75 KVA 480 to 208/120 Volt transformer. - Install transformer inside of interior electrical room. - Install 200 Amp 120/208 Volt 42 Space panel board in server room. - Install (1) 100 Amp 120/208 Volt 1 Phase circuit to UPS. - Connect power to UPS.
- Install (1) 100 Amp 240 Volt Non-Fused Disconnect for UPS power. - Install (1) 100 Amp 120/240 Volt 1 Phase 24 circuit panel on load side of UPS. - Install (3) 20 Amp 120 Volt circuits to (3) twist lock receptacles from new panel on load side of UPS. - Provide core drilling as necessary.
Total: $34,975.00 (Sales Tax Included)
**Adder – Upgrade 75 KVA transformer to 150 KVA and set additional 200 Amp Panel for future EV Chargers - $15,981.55**
Notes:
Project bid at Prevailing Wage.
Work to be performed during normal business hours.
EV charging circuits not included.

Fullerton Electric Co. herby offers to furnish all labor & materials necessary to complete the above described installations in a good & workman like manner, payable as follows: NET 30 Days
The materials and workmanship furnished under this proposal shall comply with the rules & regulations set forth in the National Electrical Code.
The price quoted includes required insurance. Contractor shall not be responsible for changes in specifications unless agreed to by the Contractor in writing. The title and right of possession to and all materials furnished by us remains in Fullerton Electric Co. until full payment in cash is received, all work was performed in a satisfactory manner; and should the purchaser become insolvent or in default Fullerton Electric Co. shall have the right to declare the whole amount immediately due and payable. In the event of litigation over any of the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable legal fees and costs, including attorney fees, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction. The contractor shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or delay due to causes beyond its control. All equipment and devices installed as a part of this proposal shall be guarantee accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days from the above date.
