Pacific Bell Telephone Company, a California corporation dba AT&T California, successor to the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, a corporation, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to CORE FULLERTON CHAPMAN, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain portion of the easement granted by V.J. SHRADER and E.E. YODER, JR, recorded on April 29, 1975 in Book 11389, Page 275, Document No. 25489, of Official Records in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County, State of California, said real property in which said easement is quitclaimed is located in the City of Fullerton and more particularly described as:
Lot 5 of Tract 3743, as shown on a map recorded in Book 335, Pages 41 through 45, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of said county.
AT&T covenants that the portion of the easement hereby quitclaimed is not necessary or useful in the performance of its duties to the public.
This legal description was prepared pursuant to Section 8730c of the California Business and Professions Code.
