RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING A SUMMARY ABANDONMENT VACATING AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WATER AND APPURTENANT STRUCTURE
PURPOSES LYING ENTIRELY WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE MAP
OF TRACT NO. 19148
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That this vacation is made pursuant to Sections 66499.20.2 and 66434(g) of the California Subdivision Map Act, and Chapters 8333 and 8335 of the Streets and Highways Code of California.
2. That the easement for public water and incidental purposes which was acquired by the City of Fullerton per the document recorded in Book No. 11718, Page No. 1529 of Official Records of Orange County , California, all as described and shown on attached Exhibit A, shall be vacated with the map of Tract No. 19 148, not shown on this map.
3. Said easement for water and appurtenant structure purposes no longer is of any use nor will it be necessary for any present or prospective public purposes.
4. That from and after the date this resolution and the map for Tract No. 19 148 are recorded, said easement lying entirely within the boundary of the map of Tract No. 19148, not shown on this map, is vacated and no longer constitutes a public water easement.
5. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of the resolution of vacation, attested by the City Clerk under seal, to be recorded without acknowledgment, certificate of acknowledgment, or further proof in the County of Orange O ffice of the C ounty Recorder. Upon such recordation, the vacation is complete.
