City Council directed staff to prepare documents to update the Parks and Recreation Commission membership and transfer the Cultural Arts Subcommittee duties to the Library Board of Trustees.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
City Council voted unanimously to direct staff to prepare documents to update the Parks and Recreation Commission membership and transfer the Cultural Arts Subcommittee duties to the Library Board of Trustees on February 4, 2025.
The attached resolution would enact the changes directed by City Council at the February 4, 2025 City Council meeting. The adopted resolution would become effective immediately.
