RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, FIRE CHIEF AND DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF TO EXECUTE STATE AND FEDERAL AGREEMENTS AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO APPLY FOR AND obtain FISCAL YEAR 2024, fiscal year 2025 AND fiscal year 2026 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT (EMPG) FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council authorizes the individuals with names, titles and signatures as follows to execute for and on behalf of the City of Fullerton, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary to obtain federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through the State of California for the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) for Fiscal Year 2025, Fiscal Year 2026 and Fiscal Year 2027.
