RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DISABLED PERSON’S PARKING ZONE IN FRONT OF 2024 E. COMMONWEALTH AVENUE WHEREAS, the property owner applied for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking adjacent to their property.
WHEREAS, staff reviewed the request, verified for compliance and confirmed the necessity for ADA parking.
WHEREAS the Transportation and Circulation Commission approved the request on February 3, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council limits parking on the south side of East Commonwealth Avenue, in front of 2024 East Commonwealth Avenue (as shown in Exhibit A) to disabled persons vehicle parking from hereon after.
City Council directs the Public Works Director to install signs and blue-painted curb giving notice of the restriction at said location.
The property owner(s) shall notify the City to remove the restriction when no longer in use by residents at the address.
