SUMMARY
Staff requests City Council make direct appointments for City of Fullerton Boards, Commissions and Committees and ratify other appointments.
PROPOSED MOTION
Each Council Member make a direct appointment to the Investment Advisory Committee.
Ratify Fisler Elementary School and Troy High School principal appointments to the Youth Advisory Committee.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
City Council voted earlier this year to change the Investment Advisory Committee member appointments from at-large to direct appointments. Staff requests Council Members make their direct appointments at this meeting. The terms for the direct appointments will follow the term of the appointing Council Member. The partial terms would not apply toward the two-term limit for committee members.
Staff also requests City Council ratify the Fisler Elementary School and Troy High School principal appointments to the Youth Advisory Committee.
