RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2025-023 MATERIALS DISPLAY AND DISTRIBUTION IN CITY FACILITIES WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution No. 2025-023 regarding materials display and distribution in city facilities on April 1, 2025 by a 4 – 1 (Opposed: Zahra) vote.
WHEREAS, Mayor Pro Tem Charles, supported by Council Member Zahra, requested during the April 15, 2025 City Council meeting to agendize a discussion to consider rescinding Resolution No. 2025-023 for the May 6, 2025 City Council meeting.
WHEREAS, City Council considered this Resolution to rescind Resolution No. 2025-023 during the May 6, 2025 City Council meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council rescinds Resolution No. 2025-023 Materials Display and Distribution in City Facilities adopted on April 1, 2025.
This resolution becomes effective upon adoption.
ADOPTED BY THE FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 6, 2025.
