No price increases will occur during the first year of the contract, and fee quotes for a specific project shall remain firm throughout the duration of that project. After the first year, the rates can be escalated once each year.
Other Direct Costs: Outside Printing/Reproduction, Delivery Services/USPS, and Misc. Field Equipment/Supplies, will be billed at actual cost plus 5%. Mileage will be billed at the Federal Rate.
Subconsultants: Billed at cost plus 10%.
Office Expenses: 5% will be applied to labor fees to cover direct ex penses, such
as in-house duplicating and blueprinting, telephone/mobile calls, electronic messaging, postage, and word processing.
