The Bidder shall total their bid. Unit prices shall prevail in case amount disagrees with extension.
Project shall be awarded on the Base Bid. If applicable, the City may elect to use Bid Alternates after award. additional compensation will be paid therefor.
If the City determines that any of the unit bid prices are significantly unbalanced to the potential detriment of the City, the bid may be considered non-responsive.
