City Master Schedule of Fees & Charges adopted annually for new fiscal year.
FY 2025-26 Schedule of Fees & Charges noticed for 6/3/25 and continued to 6/17/25 City Council meeting.
Recommendation
2 FY 2025-26 Proposed Fee Changes
User Fee Changes to Full Cost Recovery
Fire User Fees – Last year increase to 100% cost recovery (previously approved) Community & Economic Development – CPI-based increase to support full cost recovery.
Parks & Recreation and Library Fee Changes
Library rooms, Conference Center & Osborne Auditorium – Align with market rates and cost improvements.
Rental Rates – Independence Park Gym and Downtown Plaza Sports Field Rates – Increase by $1 across all User categories to support increased costs. 3 Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council consider and adopt the following resolution:
