Orange County Power Authority (OCPA)
The Board of Directors met on May 12, 2025 and approved amendments to existing agreements, including an extension and funding increase for Amperon to continue providing load forecast risk analysis services. The board adopted an updated Conflict of Interest Code to expand its applicability, particularly for analyst positions and similar future roles.
Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) At the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) Board Meeting on April 8, 2025, the Board adopted the Climate Adaptation Master Plan for Water (CAMP4Water) Five-Year Implementation Strategy. Resolutions were adopted fixing and adopting a Readiness-to-Serve Charge and a Capacity Charge for the calendar year 2026 and amendments to the MWD Administrative Code were approved to align oversight of the General Auditor and Audit Department.
