Hi Chris, and late response I'm in full support of the revision that's being suggested and the plan that follows. I thought I would mention two issues that I would like to see
1. There is an open rain drain pipe that starts up on Marelen Dr and runs down the slope to Harbor Boulevard at the property line between 160 North Harbor and my lot which is 281-011-26. I would hope this train could be enclosed properly in the process of the constructior Boulevad as pand expecting any restions for diveway approaches be removed for these properies along the Improvement fiom Harbor Thank you very much
