Request to appoint City of Fullerton representatives to the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority (ICRMA) Board of Directors.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
ICRMA requires a resolution to appoint governing board member representatives. City Council appointed the following ICRMA Board of Directors representatives on August 17, 2021:
Primary Representative – Human Resources Director
Alternate Representative – HR / Risk Management Analyst Substitute Alternate Representative – Risk Management Specialist.
Job titles changed and risk management functions reorganized since that time. Staff recommends City Council make the following new appointments to the ICRMA Board of Directors:
Primary Representative – Director of Human Resources
Alternate Representative – Senior Human Resources / Risk Management Analyst and / or Human Resources / Risk Management Analyst I or II Substitute Alternate Representative – Human Resources Manager I or II.
