Recommended Action
Concur with the City Traffic Engineer’s recommendation for the Early Morning Parking Pilot Program to become a permanent program by amending Section 8.44.080 of the Fullerton Municipal Code pertaining to early morning parking prohibition making hardship exemption permits more inclusive, resident-friendly, and attainable for residents with inadequate off-street parking and keep the annual permit fee at $50 each. 5
