The Orange County Board of Supervisors has approved the 2025 Prop 69 award. Attached you will find the documentation for the Board actions and the master claim form with instructions.
Please note that it is expected that the award will be expended and claimed within 18 months (August 2027).

Thank you for your interest in the County’s Prop 69 Funding Request opportunity.
The Prop 69 Committee has completed their review of the Funding Requests received. The total amount of the requests exceeded the available funding for the 2025 allocation. As such, each request was carefully discussed with a focus on the benefit to the overall DNA program in Orange County. I’m pleased to inform your organization of the Prop 69 Committee’s recommendation for approval for the following:
