RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, UPDATING AUTHORIZED OFFICERS MANAGING INVESTMENT OF CITY OF FULLERTON MONIES IN THE STATE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND WHEREAS, Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq establishes the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury allowing local agencies to deposit money for investment by the State Treasurer.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fullerton finds it in the best interest of the City of Fullerton to deposit and withdraw money in the Local Agency Investment Fund in accordance with Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq. to invest as stated therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council authorizes deposit and withdrawal of City of Fullerton monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury in accordance with Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq. to invest as stated therein and verification by the State Treasurer’s Office of banking information provided in that regard.
City Council authorizes the following City of Fullerton officers holding the titles specified as follows (or their successors in office) to deposit or withdrawal monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund and execute and deliver documents necessary or advisable to effectuate this resolution and the transactions contemplated hereby:

Michele Watanabe, Business Registration Supervisor
