RESOLUTION NO. SA 2026-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE FULLERTON SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, UPDATING AUTHORIZED OFFICERS MANAGING INVESTMENT OF FULLERTON SUCCESSOR AGENCY MONIES IN THE STATE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND WHEREAS, Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq. established the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury allowing local agencies to deposit money for investment by the State Treasurer.
WHEREAS, the Fullerton Successor Agency finds it in the best interest of the City of Fullerton to deposit and withdraw money in the Local Agency Investment Fund in accordance with Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq. to invest as stated therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FULLERTON SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FULLERTON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Successor Agency authorizes deposit and withdrawal of Fullerton Successor Agency monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury in accordance with Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq. to invest as stated therein and verification by the State Treasurer’s Office of banking information provided in that regard.
The Successor Agency authorizes the following Fullerton Successor Agency officers holding the titles specified as follows (or their successors in office) to deposit or withdrawal of monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund and execute and deliver documents necessary or advisable to effectuate this resolution and the transactions contemplated hereby:
