RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING $ CITY
TREASURER )25 THE CITY OF FULLERTON AND

FULLERTON SUCCESSOR AGENCY
WHEREAS, Fullerton Municipal Code Section 2.07 states City Council shall appoint the City Treasurer.

WHEREAS, Fullerton Municipal Code Section 2.07 states City Council shall appoint the City Treasurer.

WHEREAS, staff recommends newly appointed Interim Director of Administrative
Services, Steven Avalos, for appointment to the City Treasurer position.

1. City Council appoints Steven Avalos as City Treasurer effective immediately.
