EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS REPORT
Council Member Zahra reported he met with the Fullerton Police Officers Association.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
The following addressed City Council:
• David Perez, Valley Vista, spoke about the Valley Vista proposal.
Jeff Otter, Craig Park East HOA, spoke about rate impacts on HOAS.
• Unidentified speaker supported unlimited bulk pickup and hazardous waste disposal.
Elijah Manassero supported the staff recommendation to consider three proposals.
• Gloria Alvarado urged City Council to hear testimony from workers and consider the quality of services.

Jung moved, seconded by Valencia, to negotiate with EDCO, CR&R, Universal, Athens, Valley Vista and Republic.
Council Member Charles left the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
Motion carried 3 - 1 - 1 (Opposed: Zahra, Absent: Charles).
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jung adjourned the meeting at 5:16 p.m.
