CALL TO ORDER
Mayor / Chair Jung called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.

Absent: None
Staff Present: City Manager Eddie Manfro, City Attorney Richard Jones, City Clerk Lucinda Williams, Interim Director of Administrative Services Steven Avalos, Director of Public Works Stephen Bise PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Council Member Zahra.
EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS REPORT
Council Member Zahra reported he met with the Fullerton Police Officers Association.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
The following addressed City Council:
David Perez, Valley Vista, spoke about the Valley Vista proposal.
Jeff Otter, Craig Park East HOA, spoke about rate impacts on HOAs.
Unidentified speaker supported unlimited bulk pickup and hazardous waste disposal.
Elijah Manassero supported the staff recommendation to consider three proposals.
Gloria Alvarado urged City Council to hear testimony from workers and consider the quality of services.
Julie Baretta, CR&R, highlighted CR&R proposal enhancements.

Andrew (no last name provided) spoke about the Valley Vista proposal.
REGULAR BUSINESS (Item 1)

1. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL EVALUATION Jung moved, seconded by Valencia, to negotiate with EDCO, CR&R, Univeral, Athens, Valley Vista and Republic.
Council Member Charles left the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
Motion carried 3 – 1 – 1 (Opposed: Zahra, Absent: Charles).
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jung adjourned the meeting at 5:16 p.m.
