SUMMARY
City Council introduced an ordinance for first reading to adopt Fullerton Municipal Code recodification during the April 21, 2026 City Council meeting. City Council may adopt the ordinance following second reading.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
City Council introduced Ordinance No. 3356 for first reading by title only and waived further reading of the ordinance by unanimous vote at the April 21, 2026 meeting. The ordinance would take effect 30 days following adoption.
