1. OPEN SPACE AND CONSERVATION ELEMENT
UPDATE
Chair Valadez opened the Public Hearing at 7:15 p.m.
The following addressed the Planning Commission:
• Unidentified Fullerton resident stated he would l ove the community to see the benefits of this plan manifested.
• Curtis Gamble, Fullerton, spoke about the Fullerton Municipal Code.
The following addressed the Planning Commission via Zoom:
• Jane Reifer, Fullerton, spoke about conservation areas.
Chair Valadez closed the Public Hearing at 7:25 p.m.
Tutor moved, seconded by Dino , to adopt Resolution No. PC - 2026-06, entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. PC -2026-06 - A RESOLUTION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON,
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
APPROVE A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO ADOPT THE
UPDATED OPEN SPACE AND CONSERVATION ELEMENT OF
THE FULLERTON PLAN, AS APPENDIX M, AND REPLACE
CHAPTER 19 IN ITS ENTIRETY
Motion carried 5-0.
