CITY OF FULLERTON
AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
LG2WB ENGINEERS, INC.
THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO ("Amendment") to the Professional Services Agreement is made and entered on this _____ day of June 2026 (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF FULLERTON ("City"), and LG2WB ENGINEERS, INC. (“Contractor”).
RECITALS
A. WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into the Agreement on July 1, 2020 to perform on-call traffic engineering services for the City of Fullerton.
B. WHEREAS, the Agreement with the Contractor is set to expire on June 30, 2026.
C. WHEREAS, the City requests this Amendment to add an additional year to the existing Agreement to ensure coverage during continuation of on-call traffic engineering services.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is extended to June 30, 2027.
2. Contractor shall continue to be compensated at the approved rate in place of the Effective Date of this Amendment.
3. All terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning and use as set forth in the Agreement, as amended.
4. Except as set forth in this Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Agreement and all amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
5. This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original. All counterparts together with the Agreement , Amendment One , and Amendment Two shall constitute one agreement.
