RE: Request to Cancel 2011 OCTA REGIONAL CAPACITY PROGRAM - Arterial Capacity Enhancement (ACE) - Project O Grant
Dear Ms. Morales,
The City of Fullerton requests that the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) cancels the $126,121.34 awarded to the City of Fullerton for the FY2011 Regional Capacity Program.

The City of Fullerton was unable to meet the project deadline due to the significant coordination and environmental and design approvals required from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Brea Dam flood control facilities.
Therefore, the City will instead apply for the FY 2027-28 OCTA’s Call for Projects for Regional Capacity Program.
The upcoming application will request funding for the Bastanchury Road Widening Project from harbor Blvd to Fairway Isle.
