FY 2026-27 Resubmittal Annual Action Plan
HUD Review and Plan Updates
City Council approved the FY 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan on July 21, 2026, identifying planned activities and program-year resources.
HUD subsequently advised that updates are required before federal approval, including incorporating prior-year carryover balances.
The revised Plan incorporates these additional funds and aligns those resources with proposed activities.
Council approval will allow the City to resubmit the revised Plan to HUD by November 1, 2026 deadline.
