SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Thursday, August 4, 2022
This meeting of the Galt City Council was conducted in person. City Council Members and City staff attended in person in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. Council Members present: Sandhu, Papineau, Vandenburg, Lozano, and Farmer.
Staff Members present: City Manager Hines, City Clerk Hubert, Interim City Attorney Splendorio, and Human Resources Director Van Steyn.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - CLOSED SESSION:
Michael Little, Galt Police Officers Association (GPOA), spoke in favor of the GPOA.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Designated Representatives: Stephanie Van Steyn, Human Resources Director Patrick Clark, Patrick Clark Consulting
Employee Organizations: Galt Police Officer Association (GPOA) Galt Police Department Civilians Association (GPDCA)
Galt Public Service Unit (GPSU)
Farmer left the meeting at 10:30 am.
Van Steyn left the meeting at 10:35 am.
RECONVENED TO OPEN SESSION: The City Council reconvened to open session at 10:58 am at which time the City Attorney announced there was no reportable action.
There being no further business to come before City Council, the Vice Mayor adjourned the meeting at 10:58 am.
