1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

2. ROLL CALL: COMMISSIONERS: Denier, Hood, Jones, Gerling, and Pratton.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes.
Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the council chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary.
4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR:
A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the September 8, 2022 Regular Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the September 8, 2022 Regular Meeting.
5. PUBLIC HEARING:
A. SUBJECT: 10351 Live Oak Ave Truck Yard/Freight Terminal Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Design Review
RECOMMENDATION: (1) Receive a staff presentation, (2) Open public hearing to receive comments, and (3) Upon closing the public hearing, consider the resolution approving a CUP and Design Review at 10351 Live Oak Ave, Galt CA 95632
B. SUBJECT: Public Hearing on Senate Bill 9: Potential Amendments to Chapter 18.16 of the Galt Municipal Code Regarding Objective Development Standards for SB9 Urban Lot Splits and TwoUnit Housing Projects RECOMMENDATION: Review and discuss proposed ordinance and provide direction to staff as to suggested revisions and timeline for the Commission to approve the proposed ordinance and recommend its advancement to the City Council.
