1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Roll Call: Bob Balliet, Andrea Johnson, Phyllis Johnson, Libby Robbins, Bob Wilson Advisor: Monica Lopez – Parks & Recreation.
3. Public Comment: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on any item of interest to the public or any agenda item before or during the Commission's consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter authority of the Commission and limit comments to a maximum of five (5) minutes.
4. Acceptance of Minutes: Special Meeting of November 17, 2022.

6. Old Business:
(a) The Galt Senior Resource Center Protocols – Status (Monica) (b) Bus Trips for Seniors to new Casino in Elk Grove – TABLED
7. New Business:
(a) Election of Officers – Vice Chair & Chair (Bob B)
(b) Current status of Budget. (Monica)
(c) Create Committee to address COA’s response to natural emergencies (i.e., fire, floods, earthquake, pandemics, etc.) (Bob B)
(e) Bingo issues (prizes, special activities for Feb & Mar of 2023, Separate Budget, Speakers before, or at Bingo Games , etc.) (All Commissioners)
(f) Discuss and vote on proposing changes to the COA bylaws to reflect ‘advocacy’. (Bob B) (g) Seek approval for expenditure of up to $1,200.00 for up to 500 copies of the Galt Senior Resource Guide for this year – carried over from last year’s Nov 17, 2022, Special Agenda. (Bob B)
