A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AT 10:17 A.M.
1. Roll Call: Committee Members present: Webber, Sandhu and Del Grande.
Absent: Lampson

INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR:

REGULAR CALENDAR:
a: Minutes - no prior minutes to approve.
b. Home of the Month - Webber will reach out to Brian King c. Meeting Time Change - Meeting time changed to 3rd Thursday, 9:00 A.M. Will be done as a special meeting, since it requires by-laws change by the City Council. d. Nominate Your Neighbor - none
e. Road Clean-up Projects: Next Clean-Up March 18th. We will meet at SMUD Park at 9:00 A.M. Clean-up will concentrate on areas around Galt High School, C St, A St. f. Committee Organization - Webber will conduct the meetings, Del Grande will take minutes.
g. Nominate Your Neighbor - The Committee was not made aware of any home nominated.
The Committee decided to have lawn/yard signs made for Home of the Month & Nominate Your Neighbor to give to the homeowners to display. Lampson will design and work up pricing. When pictures are taken, it was suggested that the Committee members be included in the pictures.
h. Road Clean-up - Saturday, August 27'h 8 AM Café Latte parking lot. We will concentrate on the area around Veterans Field, City Hall, Library and Littleton Center.
Next Clean-up will be September 17h8 AM 4' & C Street. We will clean up 4' Street and the Promenade for the Farm to Fork Dinner that same night.
