MINUTES

This meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
Chief Kalinowski called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
The roll call found Brossman, Clendenin, Harvey, Mooney and Nelson present.
We saluted the American Flag.
Old Business:
The minutes of the last meeting, April 26, 2023, were presented.
Clendenin motioned and Brossman seconded to approve the minutes.
The motion carried on a vote of 5-0.
New Business:
The 2022/2023 4th Quarter Overview Measure R Report was presented by Finance Director Boring and reviewed by the committee.
Brossman motioned and Clendenin seconded to approve the report.
The motion carried on a vote of 5-0.

Comments by Committee:
Questions from Committee Members Brossman, Harvey and Mooney were answered by Chief Kalinowski and Finance Director Matt Boring.
