b. Commissioner Cason made a motion to accept the minutes of the September 13, 2023 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. c. Commissioner Smith made a second to the motion to accept the minutes of the September 13, 2023 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. d. All present in favor, minutes accepted.

i. RFP went out last week, firms will evaluate, create a report and submit to council.
