A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:09 pm by Chair Reed.
B. ROLL CALL: Committee Members present were: Chair Reed, Vice Chair Schamber and (non-voting member) Mayor Sandhu.
Meeting adjourned at 6:09 pm due to lack of quorum.
C. ADJOURNMENT: Chair Reed adjourned the meeting at 6:09 pm.
