CONSENT CALENDAR APPROVAL, ADDITIONS AND/OR DELETIONS:
Farmer stated he needed to recuse himself from participating in Item J6 as his residential property was near the annexation area that was the subject of the first amended tax exchange agreement. Based on this, he had a potential conflict of interest and would recuse himself from that consent item. Because the item was on consent, he was not required to leave the room, but his vote would be as to the consent agenda Items No. 1-5 only.
Vandenburg stated he needed to recuse himself from participating in Item J6 as his residential property was near the annexation area that was the subject of the first amended tax exchange agreement. Based on this, he had a potential conflict of interest and would recuse himself from that consent item. Because the item was on consent, he was not required to leave the room, but his vote would be as to the consent agenda Items No. 1-5 only.
Papineau disclosed that he was currently employed by Sacramento County, which was a party to the proposed first amended tax exchange agreement.
