A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AT 9:11 A.M.
1. Roll Call: Committee Members present: Webber, Brown and Del Grande.
Absent: Lampson, Sandhu

E. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR:
None
F. REGULAR CALENDAR:
a. Minutes - November 2023 & January 2024 minutes - Del Grande 1s, Brown 2nd. Passed b. Home of the Month - 354 Mildred, 145 F St, see attached list. Members agreed to drive by and decide if we will put signs and/or certificates. We will decide at March mtg.
C. Nominate Your Neighbor - 600 N Lincoln Way. Old Galt Herald bldg and River Rock.
Waiting to hear from owner as to name he want for the certificate/recognition.
1. Road Clean-up February canceled due to weather. March will be Saturday, March 23rd weather dependent

Brown asked who to call if the fence is down on freeway. Suggestion was Sacramento County 311 app.
Brown suggested that the Beautification Committee sponsor a "City Wide Clean-Up Day" and encourage residents to go outside and pickup trash in their neighborhood or park. Earth Day, April 22nd or the Saturday before, April 20th.
Brown asked if it was OK to do clean-up by yourself, outside of Committee clean-ups'. Consensus was yes.
Still need to do Dry Creek Golf Course presentation.
