This meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE:
Chair Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led flag salute.
B. ROLL CALL:
1. Committee Members Present: Chair Harvey, Vice Chair Mooney, Nelson.
2. Committee Members Absent: Boal.
C. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
1. The Minutes of the last meeting, April 24, 2024, were presented.
Motion made by Mooney to approve Minutes.
Second made by Nelson.
The motion carried on a vote of 3-0.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. 2023/2024 Measure R 4th Quarter Financial Report - Overview
2. 2023/2024 Measure R 4th Quarter Financial Report - Quarterly
3. 2023/2024 Measure R 4th Quarter Financial Report - Monthly The reports were presented by Finance Director Matthew Boring and reviewed by the Committee. A discussion followed.
