This meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE:
Chair Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led flag salute.
B. ROLL CALL:
1. Committee Members Present: Chair Harvey, Boal, Nelson.
2. Committee Members Absent: Vice Chair Mooney and Gutierrez.
C. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
1. The Minutes of the last meeting, October 23, 2024, were presented.
Motion made by Boal to approve Minutes.
Second made by Nelson.
The motion carried on a vote of 3-0.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. FY 2023/2024 Measure R Annual Report Review and Final Financial Reports
2. FY 2024/2025 Measure R 2nd Quarter Financial Reports – Overview, Quarterly, Monthly.
The reports were presented by Interim Finance Director Carly Saunders and reviewed by the Committee. A discussion followed.
