MINUTES

Wednesday, April 23, 2025, 6:00 PM
This meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE:
Chair Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led flag salute.
B. ROLL CALL:
1. Committee Members Present: Chair Harvey, Boal, Gutierrez.
2. Committee Members Absent: Vice Chair Mooney and Nelson.
C. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
1. The Minutes of the last “Special” meeting, March 26, 2025, were presented.
Motion made by Boal to approve Minutes.
Second made by Gutierrez.
The motion carried on a vote of 3-0.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. FY 2024/2025 Measure R 3rd Quarter Financial Reports – Overview, Quarterly, Monthly.
The reports were presented by Police Chief Kalinowski
and reviewed by the Committee. A discussion followed.

Chair Harvey adjourned the meeting at 6:21 pm.
