This Special meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE:
Chair Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led flag salute.
B. ROLL CALL:
1. Committee Members Present: Chair Harvey, Vice Chair Mooney, Gutierrez, Nelson.
2. Committee Members Absent: Boal.
C. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
1. The Minutes of the meeting held on April 23, 2025, were presented.
Motion made by Mooney to approve Minutes.
Second made by Nelson.
The motion carried on a vote of 4-0.
2. The Minutes of the last meeting, July 23, 2025, were presented.
Motion made by Mooney to approve Minutes.
Second made by Nelson.
The motion carried on a vote of 4-0.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. FY 2024-2025 4th Quarter Financial Reports – Overview, Quarterly, Monthly.
2. Final FY 2024-2025 Year End Financial Reports - Overview, Quarterly, Monthly.
Items D1, D2 were presented by Chief Kalinowski and reviewed by the Committee.
3. FY 2025-2026 1ST Quarter Reports – Overview, Quarterly, Monthly.
4. FY 2025-2026 2nd Quarter Reports – Overview, Quarterly, Monthly.
5. Measure R Annual Report 2024-2025.
Items D3, D4, D5 were presented by Finance Director Leila Menor and reviewed by the Committee. A discussion followed.
Motion made by Harvey to approve the Measure R Annual Report with attendance corrections.
Second made by Nelson.
The motion carried on a vote of 4-0.
