1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
PLEDGE OF ALLEGAINCE
2. ROLL CALL: COMMISSIONERS: Denier, Gerling, Johnson, Jones, and Jackson.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the Council Chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary.
4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR:
A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the May 14, 2026 Regular Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the May 14, 2026 Regular Meeting.
5. PUBLIC HEARING:
A. SUBJECT: Crystal Way Rezone and Tentative Parcel Map RECOMMENDATION: Receive presentation, Open public hearing to receive comments, and upon closing the public hearing, consider the resolutions recommending City Council approval of 1) Modified Initial Study / 15183 Checklist for the Crystal Way Commercial Development Project; 2) Rezone for a portion of the site and; 3) Commercial Tentative Parcel Map NOTE: Speaker Request Sheets are provided inside the Council Chambers. If you wish to address the Commission during the meeting, complete a speaker sheet and give it to the Secretary of the Commission. A maximum of three (3) minutes is allowed for each speaker.

A. SUBJECT: Planning Commission Annual Report – FY 2025/2026 RECOMMENDATION: That the Commission review and make recommendations and/or revisions as needed to finalize the Planning Commission Annual Report for presentation to the City Council.
