A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE AMENDING
THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON SALARIES, WAGES, AND FRINGE BENEFITS FOR THE TERM 2022-2025, AS AMENDED, BY AND BETWEEN THE ORANGE COUNTY EMPLOYEE’S ASSOCIATION, GARDEN GROVE CHAPTER AND THE
CITY OF GARDEN GROVE
WHEREAS, the Parties are currently party to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a term of July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the MOU to update the salary allocation for Senior Recreation Specialist as part of the Part-time Equity Study to be effective May 11, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The Memorandum of Understanding on Salaries, Wages and Fringe Benefits for the Term 2022 -2025 by and between the Orange County Employee’s Association, Garden Grove Chapter and the City of Garden Grove as approved and adopted by the City Council in Resolution No. 9749-22 and amended in Resolution No. 9819-23 is hereby amended:
