AMENDMENT NO. 2
This Amendment No. 2 is made and entered into this ________ of ________, 2023, by and between the CITY OF GARDEN GROVE , hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and WILLDAN ENGINEERING hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR".
WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR an d CITY entered into Contract No. B230187, dated November 15, 2022 for Building Contractual Services, as needed (the “Existing Contract”).
WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR and CITY desire to amend the Existing Contract as provided herein.
Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed, by and between the parties as follows:
Section 3.1., COMPENSATION - shall be amended as follows:
Contractor shall be compensated in accordance with the Rate and Services Structure set forth in Exhibit/Attachment “A” of the Existing Contract. The contract price is hereby increased by Two-hundred, fifty thousand and 00/100 cents ($250,000.00), for a total not to exceed compensation amount of $750,000 to cover increased services requested by CITY.
Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the terms and conditions in the Existing Contract remain in full force and effect as originally executed.
