Subject: Request for Sole Source Approval Date: June 19, 2024 The Police Department wishes to enter into an agreement with Crossroads Software Inc. to provide software for reporting and analytics of traffic collisions and traffic citations. Installation, training and support services will be provided through June 30, 2029, with a total amount of $121,000.
The Police Department recommends and requests that the Finance Director, pursuant to Garden Grove Municipal Code Section 2.50,060(c), determine that the commodity can be obtained from only one vendor and dispense with the city bidding requirements.
A vendor-provided sole source memo (attached) was approved by the Purchasing Manager and the Department now requests City Manager approval of this sole source request,
