To Whom It May Concern:
Crossroads Software, Inc. would like to present the proposed payment schedule to the City of Garden Grove for cost proposal #1272 for your consideration:
Total one-time costs: $92,000
Total maintenance and support costs for 5 years: $29,000 ($5,800/year x 5 years)
Annual payment for 5 years: $24,200
The payment amount over 5 years covers all one-time software licensing and implementation costs and the maintenance and support costs during that time. The first payment is due within 30 days of the executed contract.
Annual payment for ongoing maintenance and support after initial 5-year term: $5,800/yr.
The annual payment for maintenance and support covers updates to new versions of all software as they are available and direct support from Crossroads personnel, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Time.
